Shipping information
Where we ship
We ship from our studio in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, to the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and South Africa.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days.
Delivery time
International delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and customs.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Returns & exchanges
We want you and your little ones to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Returns window
You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit, and 14 days from delivery to request a refund. Write to ohsugarbaby@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
- Swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact. For health reasons, we can't accept swimwear without it.
- Items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, as items return to our studio in Brazil. We'll send you the return address and instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds and store credit
After we receive and inspect the item, you can choose store credit for the full item value or a refund to the original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable). Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Request an exchange within 30 days. You can exchange for any item of equal or lower value; for a higher-value item, you pay the difference. Received an Oh, Sugar! gift? You can exchange it too. Shipping costs for exchanges apply.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
All our pieces go through quality control. If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement (or store credit, if it's sold out) or a full refund, including shipping, at no extra cost.
EU customers
If you live in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the conditions above.
Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Oh, Sugar! ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit or buy from our store.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, e-mail, phone, shipping and billing address, and order details.
- Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- Browsing information: device, browser, pages visited and cookies, used to improve the store.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your purchase, provide customer support, send newsletters (only if you sign up) and improve our store.
Sharing
We share information only with the partners needed to run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers and our e-commerce platform. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA or Brazil's LGPD may grant you additional rights.

- Products. We do our best to show colors and prints accurately, but screens may vary. Print placement may vary slightly from piece to piece.
- Prices. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include import duties or taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout is final.
- Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
- Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
- Shipping, returns and exchanges follow the policies on this page.
- Intellectual property. All prints, photos, texts and designs belong to Oh, Sugar! and may not be copied or used without written permission.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Where do you ship from?+

How long does delivery take?+
Orders are prepared in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and customs.
Will I pay customs fees?+
Depending on your country, import duties and taxes may apply. They are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Can I buy a full look in the same print?+
Yes! Most prints come as swimwear plus a cover-up: tulle skirt, kaftan or kimono. Browse each collection to find the matching pieces.
What ages do you make?+
From 6 months to 12 years.
What are your fabrics like?+
Our swimwear is made with UPF 50 sun-protective lycra (polyamide and elastane), highly chlorine-resistant and long-lasting, with a soft antibacterial lining. Our kaftans and skirts are made in stretch tulle: light, quick-drying and wrinkle-free.
How do I choose the right size?+
Check the size guide below. Between sizes? For kids, we suggest choosing the larger size so they can grow into it.
How do I care for my swimwear?+
Rinse in cold fresh water after use, hand wash with mild soap, don't wring, and dry in the shade. Avoid bleach and the dryer.
Can I return or exchange?+
Yes. Exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery, refunds within 14 days, for unworn items with tags and the hygienic liner intact. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Do you sell wholesale?+
Yes! Visit our Wholesale page and send us your request.
